Yes. We build it before you pay anything, and there's no obligation. If you don't want it, say so (or don't reply) and we delete it within 30 days.
Do I own my content?
Always. Your text, photos, logo and domain are yours. On a monthly plan the design is licensed while you subscribe; you can buy it outright at any time for $590 minus what you've already paid, down to $0.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online any time; billing stops at the end of the paid month. If you're unhappy in your first 30 days live, we refund your first month.

Brassplate is a small New York web studio. We use automation to work fast and keep prices low, and a person reviews every site before it goes live.
Why did I get a preview I didn't ask for?
We build previews on our own initiative for businesses whose current site has a clear, checked problem. It's made only from your public details, labeled as an unofficial preview, and not affiliated with your business. Don't want it? Ask us to remove it and it's gone within 1 business day.
Will you change my current website?
Never without your written OK. Previews live at a separate address, are clearly marked "preview", and are hidden from Google.
What do I need to do?
About ten minutes: tell us what to change, send a few photos if you have them, and point your domain to us when you're ready (we'll walk you through it).
